MotionURL

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Service Description

MotionURL (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI-powered video generation service that converts public SaaS website URLs into short product videos. The customer approves a Video Plan before final render. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Payment Terms

Dodo Payments processes MotionURL checkout. Prices and applicable checkout terms are shown before you complete a purchase. Dodo Payments provides the payment receipt and related payment documentation.

You are responsible for providing valid payment information and authorizing the charge for the selected video plan.

3. Refund Policy

If MotionURL cannot deliver a usable final video because of capture, generation, or rendering failure, we may retry automatically. If delivery remains impossible, we refund the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and only submit URLs for websites that you own or have explicit permission to capture. You may not use our service to:

  • Capture content from websites you do not own or have authorization for
  • Submit URLs containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our AI systems
  • You may use and distribute final delivered videos for your own business or client project if authorized to submit the underlying content. You may not resell MotionURL access, templates, or generation credits without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

You own final deliverables, subject to the rights you hold in submitted material. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use submitted URLs, screenshots, text, and other material solely to provide the service and generate your video.

MotionURL retains ownership of the service, templates, AI systems, and underlying technology.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on Clerk, Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Google Cloud Run, Trigger.dev, Resend, AI and voice providers, and Dodo Payments. Scheduled maintenance or third-party issues may temporarily disrupt service; we will use reasonable efforts to restore service or provide the remedy described in our Refund Policy when delivery is not possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotionURL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Governing Law

The governing law and dispute forum will be identified in the checkout terms or order confirmation where required. Until then, mandatory consumer-protection law remains unaffected.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
