1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use MotionURL:

• Account information: Email address and name (via Clerk authentication)
• Submission data: The SaaS URL you submit, audience details, and call-to-action text
• Captured content: Screenshots and page text from the URLs you submit
• Payment information: Processed by Dodo Payments. MotionURL does not store full card details
• Usage data: Order status, render history, and support interactions

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Generate your video by capturing and analyzing your submitted URL
• Process payment and deliver your completed video
• Send transactional emails (payment confirmation, plan ready, delivery, refunds)
• Provide customer support when you contact us
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We share data only with the following service providers necessary to operate:

• Clerk: Authentication and user management
• Supabase: Database and file metadata storage
• Cloudflare R2: Screenshots, audio files, and final video storage
• Google Cloud Run: Video rendering
• Trigger.dev: Background job orchestration
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• AI providers: Vercel AI Gateway for language generation and voice services
• Dodo Payments: Checkout, payment processing, and payment documentation

4. Demo Accounts and Credentials

If you provide access to a login-protected product for capture, use a temporary, non-production, least-privilege demo account. Submitted demo login URLs and data may be stored as part of the order or intake while we process the requested capture. Revoke temporary access after delivery.

5. Data Retention

Account and order information are retained as needed to operate the service, provide support, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Files are retained for the availability period shown in the dashboard or order and may be deleted according to storage lifecycle settings. Retention and deletion requests are handled through support.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications (we only send transactional emails)

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use authentication and session cookies, including through Clerk, and limited analytics and measurement. Google Analytics may collect measurement data under Google’s privacy practices. We do not use this information to sell personal data.

8. Data Security

We use HTTPS for data in transit, access controls for service systems, and Cloudflare R2 for file storage. Dodo Payments handles payment details; MotionURL does not store full card details.
